Ethical standards

AceMyWriter has a policy of high ethical standards, and we ensure that we put customers’ interests first always. Our customers are guaranteed high-quality work written by professional writers and polished by editors. The editors proofread and check for any grammatical mistakes and the formatting of the work before it is submitted to the customers. We have a 14 days free revision policy after the order has been submitted, after which the order is automatically completed.

Writers selection

We ensure that our writers go through a thorough vetting process and sign agreements that bind them to share the client’s information with any third party. Breach of such an agreement leads to job termination and heavy plenty to our writers. Our clients can communicate with writers if some clarification has to be made but exchanging contact information is highly prohibited.

Copyright issues

The copyright of all the work is owned by AceMyWriter company until payment is received, and once the payment has been made, the copyright is transferred to the customer. If the client decides to reverse the payment for work that has been delivered for whatever reason without proper communication and agreement from the company, the copyright switch back to AceMyWriter, and that paper is published for commercial purposes online.

Revision policy

We strive to satisfy customers at all costs and ensure that they get value for their money. However, a customer can ask for a revision as many times as possible within the 14 days, and if still not satisfied by the work, he/she can request for the work to be assigned to a different writer. If the customer is not satisfied, he/she can ask for a full refund. AceMyWriter Company retains the copyright in such a case, and the paper is published online for commercial purposes. We request our customers not to submit such work in any institution as it could be detrimental. We must satisfy our customers and not third parties, which is why we have 14 days of revision time after an order has been submitted to our customers.

Refund policy

After a revision If the customer is not pleased with our work, we offer a 100% refund. The refund is effected fully if the fault is on the side of the company. It is important to note that the customers must submit all the requirements and agree to our terms and conditions, stating that all the information submitted is enough to complete the assignment and that no additional information will be added. If a client adds information after work has been completed and delivered, that is termed as new instructions and could lead to additional charges. However, a customer can give additional information before the paper has been submitted through communication with our customer support.

In case a customer cancels an order before it is assigned to our writers. They get a 100% refund, but if the paper was already assigned to our writers, the refund is calculated according to the time deadline since we have to compensate our writers in such cases. In case we don’t have a writer to handle your work, we communicate early to ensure that we guide you appropriately. However, this is rare as we have many writers with different qualifications, and therefore we guarantee that your work will always get a match writer and editor.

In case of a refund, the customer should write to our QAD and request for refund with strong reasons and evidence. This takes a maximum of 14 days for review and response through the Dispute resolution department.
